Not a good place

Pros

Potential for advancement if you can relocate.

Cons

You will be under paid. Advancement can be difficult in the dedicated operations. Their employee recognition programs are a joke unless you are a driver. They are a fortune 500 company and recently took away their scholarship program. They have antiquated systems. Ryder is a very lean company so a lot is asked of mid level and lower management all while you are being under paid. There is a constant lack of support. I have to be around my phone 24-7 to take calls from drivers and or managers.
