Pros

Autonomy, no micro management. The job is not demanding, great base salary, and easy to make commission. Director in the Shared Service Center is great and all team managers seem great to work for. Very glad I made the move to Ryder, I can see it being a great place to spend a career.

Cons

401K not matched until 1 year. Benefits a little on the expensive side. Not too many cons in my opinion.

Pros

Great Benefits Decent Pay Great training for employees to take advantage of. Can be a good work environment, given the employees at shop.

Cons

The higher ups in the company do not see day to day at the location. The pay could be so much better. Pay is somewhat competitive based on your shop location.
