Business Outlook
Pros
This was a good job to build up my resume while attending school. I was able to work up from an hourly temp to a CLM. I have grown a lot and learned much more about management and how to lead people.
Cons
The location I worked for was perpetually understaffed and constantly looking for help. This was in part due to the uncompetitive pay for both hourly and salary positions. As well the work/life balance was so skewed it was the norm to work 6 days and 60-80 hours a week. Great for hourly but salaried get no comp time or compensation for the work.
