Pros

Front line employees dedicated to providing quality service to customers. High company loyalty due to brand despite mistreatment in form of wages, job duties and poor managment.

Cons

Culture and values are preached on a regular basis with a lack of follow through. In laymens terms there is a great deal of "talking the talk" and a lack of "walking the walk". Lack of transparency and poor ethics among senior managment create atmosphere of paranoia and distrust. Diversity initiatives, hidden agenda and favoritism prevent competant individuals from attaining employment or promotions. Health issues rampant due to stress levels.

Pros

Ok benefit; although copays/deductibles are now pretty high coworkers are great

Cons

Front line employees treated horribly company drive to please stockholders means understaffed, micromanaged. Impossible to do workload company demands. NO job security. They will fire most convenient scapegoat to avoid dealing with systemic issues

Pros

- Decent starting salary -Cell phone expensed monthly -401k and stock discount/contributions

Cons

*(May vary by account and location) -Teamwork does not exist. Culture fosters backstabbing and only trying to set others up for failure -Going above and beyond expectations only gets you held to a higher standard and added responsibility -False promises of positions offered only to be swept from under you and given to others -If not in the limelight to brown nose the bosses, you will be managed out. -Work/Life balance does not exist. No matter what, you must stay as many hours as necessary to ensure a completed job -Opportunity for growth is VERY limited if you are not willing to relocate to a different city or state -Salary does not match workload/responsibility -Can not go to HR or higher ups in hopes of addressing concerns without fear of later being punished/managed out
