      They promote diversity and inclusion but it is a farce in the field. Female

      Training is good some of it

      Cons

      It is like working in the military except there are two sets of rules, one that they publish and one that they do not publish. The unpublished rules are the one's to live by... They say they promote change but, that is not true as there is no vehivle to contribute if your boss is a gate keeper. HR is KNOWN by all the employees as ONLY for the management. Not for the employees. HR goes right to your boss which creates a worse situation or termination. It is a culture of fear.

      Pros

      Good coworkers, can be flexible, employee events which keep morale up in a not so happy company.

      Cons

      Ancient company, use of old software and old business techniques, management is sketchy. People in high places do not know what they are doing.

      Great Office Location The Ryder Name They have three nice conference rooms on the top floor

      Cons

      No leadership ( CYA & Everyone for themselves) Low Pay Health Insurance is the worst (very high deductibles) VP and above are the only people who have an office Open Office with cubicles and it's so quiet! Office furniture except for those three executive conference rooms is horrible...Give it away to Goodwill already The technology is beyond bad
