      Pros

      Lots of hours at good pay. The company is very sound and you can rely on the paycheck.

      Cons

      60 hour work weeks and management taking credit for the counter person's hard work. Same as any job I suppose!

      Pros

      Management knows the business. Definately learn and grow a lot. Was able to complete a lot of on the job training. Built a strong network

      Cons

      Partially due to the economy...lower pay compared to competitors. Expect everyone to produce as if you are 1 1/2 a person but at 1/3 less pay than competitors. Do not advertise many open positions so unless you know the right people you cannot apply for many jobs.

      Pros

      Ability to "run your own branch." Although there are corporate policies in place that had to be followed, this was a particularly small branch with room to make impacting decisions and some freedom to incorporate personal style into daily operations.

      Cons

      Small branch leaving little to no ability for personal time off. Daily operations dependent on 1 or 2 people which can increase stress levels from increased responsibility. Bottom line, this is a rental company (in addition to the leasing portion) which means they overbook just like hotels and airlines, often leaving customers with reservations empty-handed.
