Pros

A steady paycheck if you’re desperate. You’ll quickly learn what not to accept in a workplace.

Cons

Management is unresponsive — multiple transfer requests to HR and managers went completely ignored. Supervisors, managers, and safety staff spend more time driving golf carts and pretending to be important than actually addressing issues. Morning meetings are filled with pointless stretching and empty threats like “don’t leave too early for break, we’re watching,” followed by constant pressure to “hit numbers” for the exact same low pay. Mandatory overtime is forced on everyone. It wouldn’t even be needed if they hired competent staff, paid people fairly, and organized the workflow. Locked bays and aisles create bottlenecks that pile up work instead of clearing it. The facility is filthy and unsafe: poor air quality, machines never sanitized, workers don’t wash hands after the bathroom, no accessible water in extreme heat. OSHA standards are blatantly ignored. Health and well-being are treated as disposable. Getting sick here is almost guaranteed.

Pros

When you are a top performer, you’re treated well by direct management and senior management. If you’re anything less than a top performer (somewhere in the middle or low performer) you are constantly under fire. Benefits are decent including 401k match There are opportunities to move around in company and take on more responsibilities

Cons

Constant lay offs. It’s hard to understand where the company is truly at financially due to consist job holds, re opening and closing of jobs. Makes it tough to be successful and stay organized when there is high level of disorganization up top. Desire to have top talent but pay entry level compensation for recruitment. Micromanaging is their style of leadership across the organization. You’ll constantly get pings from leadership throughout the day to make sure you’re working which can be frustrating when you’re in the middle of interviews and speaking with candidates in process all throughout the day.

Pros

My manager is fantastic. Minimal oversight if you’re a good worker.

Cons

Anyone above your direct manager does not actually know what your job entails. The systems are spotty at best. Raises are awful. Unless you are an actual account manager, good luck trying to make a livable wage. They have money to send sales people and spouses out of the country, but the people who do most of the work to create and process the deal aren’t paid close to what they should be making. To add insult to injury, no bonuses or merit based raises in those positions.
