      Solid Public company. Leadership is cost driven, so expect heavier workloads. Promotions could be difficult and slow.

      Good exposure to gain lots of Public company experiences. Fully remote. 20% targeted bonus.

      Cons

      Longer hours in busy periods. Lower base pay compared to similar sized companies in same market. Benefits are subpar. Promotions takes long and the pay raise is not meaningful.
