      Pros

      Fast paced environment, no day is like the one before, involved with many aspects of logistics from trucking, to storage, and usage.

      Cons

      Contracted so we are at the bottom for any incentives. Staff rotates alot so its difficult to ensure other jobs are done right so you can do your job easily.

      Very bureaucratic; decision making mostly by consensus; too many people involved in decision making; too many phone calls and meetings; male-dominated and hard for women to get promoted; too socializing - managers assess employees by what other people say about them; work/life balance is out of whack; hard to get promotions
