      Pros

      Off most weekends. Get to chose from different routes ever month. Trucks are new kept in good shape.

      Cons

      They give pay raise to mangment an dispatch every year, but not to its driver in over 5 years. Your job is used as a threat for any small thing.also will put you in a hos issue in order to get aload . An will not compensate you for your time because you are taking money away from shareholders.

      Pros

      good atmosphere in corporate office. Fun people to work with who all were very motivated individuals. Good location of office. lots of party within the department which led to great team commodore

      Cons

      Limited ability to move up the ranks. Stressful job. Feel that the programs they put you through are very unorganized, could be a lot more organized which would allow you more visibility to see where you can grow as an employee.
