Pros

Can't really think of one right now except it's a steady paycheck

Cons

Work life balance. Micro management in service department to the extent morale sucks. Severely understaffed in the service department. No passion. Everyone has worked there for so long and afraid to challenge the status quo. "That's just the way it has always been" mentality. No one willing to change to improve. Talks about being around for 80 years like customers care. No vision of future except CNG which is not the future. Not customer focused, more stock holder focused.

Lots of potential for growth, high commission earning potential. Freedom to plan your own weekly activities, good travel pay structure, corporate card allowance.

Cons

Limited training, high stress environment, where the locations are often under staffed or not trained properly due to high turnover rates.
