      Pros

      Good pay, good manager, good benefits, concerned with safety and great co-workers.

      Cons

      Competing against Fleet Sales to sell vehicles, playing field was not even as Fleet Sales were able to sell vehicles far cheaper than the sales managers at the locations were allowed.

      Pros

      Easy to get hired. Work is relatively easy, Low to moderate supervision. Get paid every week. Overtime gets offered on a regular basis.

      Cons

      Management appears to have no desire to enhance human interactions with the employees. Disorganization and constantly changing work duties on a regular makes it hard to function properly, Very structured.

      Pros

      Good Pay and Overtime. Take on a lot of responsibilities fast.

      Cons

      Inadequate training. The management was horrible and never there for support. The product did not meet the demand of the customers so there were a lot of complaints from customers. The rental sales positions are at a quick turnover rate as many get burnt out fast from the poor management, angry customers, and long hours. I would not recommend working at this company.
