      Pros

      Equipment,documentation, service manuals and PM requirements fairly well put together and easy to work from for the most part. Good health plans and salary about average for field service.

      Cons

      extensive travel usually gone for two to three months at a time. Minimal factory support. Company has gone through a relocation from Sunnyvale to Corona, CA. Not a lot of opportunity in the US.

      Pros

      This company works with exciting backend semiconductor equipment from mask aligner to wafer bonder to projection scanning systems.

      Cons

      The management seems disconnected from the rest of company and is constantly "secretive" with what is going on with the outlook of the company. Suss is trying to be a bigger player than they are in the field and thus, over promising results to customers which both over taxes current employees trying to meet unrealistic demands and disappoints customers when those demands cannot be met.

      Pros

      A good working environment. Everyone knows what needs to be done and we're left alone to do it.

      Cons

      Priorities are constantly changing and schedules are constantly being pulled in. It makes it hard to get anything done in a timely and reliable manner
