Young and dynamic company based in Neuchatel part of the SUSS MicroTec group. Really interesting products used in a number of different applications (Automotive, Telecom/Datacom, Medical, AR/VR). Definitely the best job experience I've had in my entire career. Employees have usually some nice benefits like 6 weeks PTO, gleittag, company bonus.

Cons

Some growing pains typical of companies in the 80-200 people range, salaries could maybe be a little higher.
