Pros

Great place to work and achieve. S1 uses a lot of advanced and complex technologies which help you advance technically. Wide variety of products and departments allow for professional growth.

Cons

Senior Management can get very involved down to the point of micro-management. This can be overcome but a need to be watchful of it is there. S1 is fairly strict to rid themselves of low performers.
