Pros

Strong new leadership at the head. Company is doing well financially under new leadership. Do not go buy stocks not gaining value, company has tremendous potential.

Cons

Has teams in various regions but strong inter cultural differences. Management in India not at par with ethics and work culture. No transparency with management.

Good benefits, some of the managers are competent and customer focused, lots of communication from Executive level down to employees

Cons

Too much staff turn over, excessively long hours for some of the salaried technical employees leads to burn out and some sloppy work
