Pros

It is better than unemployment.

Cons

Coworkers crying because they are forced to take calls from members without adequate training. Manager told me to HANG UP on a member because she wanted her problem resolved! They treat employees and managers like inanimate objects, changing scheduled work hours with less than one day notice. Moved employees to a different work space in the middle of trying to work. Unethical behavior was rewarded. Frequent system failures. Unhappy customers. Broken furniture.

Co workers are great and willing to help others.

Cons

People are promoted that have no experience or friends of Management...Favoritism. Those who worked hard and know their jobs are treated poorly.

offer benefits, room to train and move from different queues ...

Cons

lazy managers. always an issue when you have a member who is upset and cannot handle the call any further. very petty with the occurrences as you could be literally dying or a family passed away and they will take points and hold it against you. very few within the queues that are willing to help when there is a member that has a real problem, that actually requires work..
