Pros

You get to work remotely, and you get health insurance and a 401k.

Cons

Not much room for advancement, unrealistic expectations for quality and call volume unless you're willing to pass the buck at the first opportunity. Everyone that works there is burnt out and overworked. Other departments that you need to contact are loathe to help as well. Between the agents that are reluctant to help, and the system issues that happen every other week, prepare to be yelled at unnecessarily by the members that are constantly impacted by it. Take this job if you need money, but make sure you keep your application up to date because you deserve better

Pros

Onsite gym, leave accrual. The best thing this company has going for them is the Directors of Contact Center and Consumer Lending.

Cons

The work isn't hard, but the environment is. The company is poorly run, from the CEO to their HR department. I have never worked for a company where HR virtually runs the company. If you don't go along with one of her many conniving plans, you are in her cross hairs and she will make it impossible for you to do your job while you're handling on her the unnecessary dramas she has created. The CEO puts on a good show by walking around and being friendly with the staff, but he is as conniving as his employees behind closed doors. Talented, good employees are driven out because they challenge the status quo. The company is based out of the same building as one of their partners, which means they are constantly in your face demanding attention.....it's true that the squeaky wheel gets the attention. They talk a good talk about promoting from within and being equal opportunists, but behind closed doors they are looking for any way to bring in their "buddies" so it's more of the same ol' same ol' and less trying to actually succeed.
