      Little to no training and poor management

      Work from home, lots of overtime available

      Cons

      They send an email asking you to review them on this website shortly after orientation but before the actual training. Orientation was a dream. I was so excited to start. That lasted until we were on the phones after hardly any training at all. Management is unprofessional and not helpful. The pay is not worth this at all.

      None at all. Horrible experience and I was considered a “top performer.”

      Cons

      No protection against harassment. The members that call in can curse you out and say racist things and management will STILL side with the member and cater to them although their policy says they are anti harassment etc. Rules are pointless. You’re told not to do certain things for members then the member curses you out all for management to give them what they want anyway. No privacy when you complain to upper management or HR. Managers constantly harass you even if you perform well. I.e. if you step away to use the restroom. Workload is too much and not worth the pay. Call volume is extremely high

      Pros

      Gym on site, plenty of parking, and you get a pay check if you have a heart beat.

      Cons

      Horrible favoritism. H.R. does nothing if an issue is reported. Little to no training program,. Managers lack leadership and offer no guidance. The partners dictate what happens. Pay is below average with no bonus program or room for improvement.
