      Pros

      Considering this is my first virtual training, so far its been a great experience. The thought put into the training was phenomenal, in addition to the trainers. I was fully engaged in the orientation and continue to do so during training.

      Cons

      I have not one negative thing to say about S3.. Great employer to work for.

      Pros

      The consumer loan processing management team is by far the best management I have worked for. Very understanding, flexible, and doesn't micromanage. Once training is over the work itself becomes very sustainable. You're never overwhelmed, and you get to go home when your shift ends. Lately most of the staff is working remote which is great. Team is also great to work with.

      Cons

      Tons of volume. There is/always will be work, but never expected to finish it all in one day. On average taking anywhere from 20-25 calls day which can make for long calls, but your day goes by quick.

      Pros

      Co-workers are a cool group of people. Everyone on the floor is in the same boat. Outdated metrics.

      Cons

      The most amount of work is put on the backs of the service reps. They are not compensated for bearing the brunt of the work. Management receives bonuses while service reps do not.
