There are some great people working for S3.

Despite communication around living and breathing their core values, S3 does live up to or demonstrate respect for their core values. Overall, there are wide areas of concern such as consistent lack of training, lack of communication, lack of professionalism, lack of resources, the inability to want to change, the inability to allow forward-thinking, salaries well below market, lack of true career progression and little appreciation for their employees.
