Recommendations for improvements or adjustments to tasks are discussed to ensure the outcome is favorable for all involved Ongoing training opportunities open to employees along with cross training and education on other teams for future growth and development

Cons

S3 continues looking for opportunities that will improve the employees day to day experience along with the members and partners they support. If you aren't comfortable with change in processes or tasks, you may not enjoy working for this company.
