Disclaimer: I'm a Director, so I have influence into company policy! But I am writing this review because I love working at S3 and wanted to share an opinion from a management perspective. This is a feel-good place to work, where you can go home at the end of the day and know that you made a difference for someone. The work is challenging and each day is somewhat different, so you'll never be bored! I love how credit unions treat their borrowers/members and I think that S3 does a great job encouraging their employees to provide great service. We also stress a good work/life balance. Some employees also get to work from home. I know from experience working with the other Directors and Managers that the Leadership Team truly cares about employees, and they are constantly trying to find ways to make improvements.

Cons

It can be a challenge to work for a company that serves three partners when there are differences in systems or processes. The employees that thrive here embrace change, have positive outlooks. and have open communication with their management team. People who just want to put in a 9-5 with little effort or personal growth probably wouldn't like working here.
