Growing Company with challenge and opportunities

Pros

The company continues to grow, as credit union expectations change so are processes improvement opportunities uncovered and addressed. Fun environment with many events that allow for co-worker mingling. CEO, as busy as he is, walks the floors and takes a few minutes to stop and talk with employees (even asks about employees' families). Employees have a voice and the executives and senior leaders want to hear it. Employees are recognized privately and publically for performance. Company focuses on the member experience and are serious about ownership so that every member experience is the best that it can be.

Cons

I like being busy but sometimes it's a little too busy.

I have worked at S3 for over 4 years and find it a great place to work. It offers a pleasant work environment with helpful & friendly co-workers and down-to-earth, approachable leadership. It offers good pay, benefits & training, and has career opportunities from entry level to experienced professionals.

Cons

It's a bit of a commute for me, but worth it.

I really enjoy working here! The building is nice and the location is convenient for my commute. Some positions allow you to work from home if you meet the criteria. The HR Department is always available to help me with questions. We have free parking and also have fun events.
