Benefits, hands down. Performance based bonuses, occasionally offered voluntary time off on low call days, incentive program, and PTO.

Cons

Severe lack of sufficient organized easy to access job aid resources. Very micromanagement heavy.

None, toxic upper management that only promote their relatives, Nonexistent transparency.

Cons

You are working for 3 separate credit unions so 3x the workload of a closer working at any other company for less than market rate pay.
