Pros

Working with students is great, I liked my team of AmeriCorps volunteers and students. Fellow Site Directors have a great support system in Chicago.

Cons

I was not in charge of hiring, and my site was never fully staffed. Organization may be growing too fast or not adapting to speed at which they are growing.
