Business Outlook
Pros
During my time, it was all online, so you can work from home. The work hours are like an 8 hour day Monday to Friday. The only focus is math which is great. I got a great team and a wonderful site director. I am also glad they gave us a curriculum for us to use instead of creating our own.
Cons
The days off are limited to about 7 days because of the 1400 requirement. Since it was online during my year, the students were interacting with the class with limited attention. The pay is alright since it is an Americorp position but it could be better but it is up to the government.
