Pros

The Company honestly seems to want its employees to suceed. The Company Intranet is a wealth of information on topics ranging from what's going on in the Company to self service areas such as continuing education and benefits information. Management works with the employees to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowlege to perform at their best. If you're interested in climbing the Corporate ladder, the Company will help you get there.

Cons

The workload could be more steady. There are times when we have more work to do than hours to complete it and others when there's not much going on. I would say the slow periods are definitely the exception though.

Pros

In my experience the company does a good job of making employees feel that they are apart of the team, a sense of security.

Cons

I think that the pay is a little low compared to some it competitors. However, if you are underpaid (in management's eyes) and you excel at your postion, you should get a decent raise.
