      Pros

      There are none for Minorities, especially highly educated Minorities.

      Cons

      Easily the most toxic workplace I’ve ever worked at. If you have to speak up about anything incorrect or have any issues with the culture or highly disorganized work methods, be prepared to consistently harassed and set up to be unjustly fired. If you wish to work here, a word of advice is that you should have a lawyer on hand and the EEOC speed dial.
