      There could be oros bit I don't quite remember them anymore.

      Upper management, toxic employees, lack of commitment to recognize and promote hard working, trustworthy employees.

      Pros

      SAK is an amazing company that truly cares about each and every employee. The pay and benefits are great, you are given all the tools you need to be successful, and there's room for growth. The biggest thing that separates SAK from any other company is the family-like environment.

      Cons

      In my opinion, there are no negatives to working at SAK.

      Pros

      great people and atmosphere. very relaxed while still doing great business. sak construction has a great future ahead and i'd recommend anybody i know to work their in a heartbeat

      Cons

      not very many downsides. since it is a young company, you kinda have to wait for your opportunities for growth and advancement but theyre coming because the company is doing well and growing themselves
