Very laid back/casual environment but always enough work to keep busy. Growing company with lots of learning opportunities. Family-oriented. Great location. Fun competitions and events for employees. I feel like a valued member of the team and genuinely enjoy working here!

Pros

Flexibility, cool work, decent people on a project wide level. Pay is decent.

Cons

Upper management is an absolute nightmare. Nepotism runs strong through this company. Too many people in the wrong positions because they have the correct last name. Years in between raises, no employee appreciation, no incentive to better yourself or work hard, no room for growth within the company, unless you have the right last name of course.
