Pros
The year spent working for this company was great. I learned how to suffer and suffer well. Because if your going to suffer you might as well do it well. Offers great learning experience while at the same time making you suffer. As I was told, you can't leave this company until you have suffered enough.
Cons
They only let me suffer for about a year. Had to learn from other coworkers that I was severely disliked within the company and in my department. That wasn't cool thing to do.
