This was a great place to work when it was So-Deep.

Cons

When SAM took over, nobody was happy. Many people eventually left the company because of this. Low pay and will not think twice about laying you off. It's all about the bottom line, nothing else.

Subsequent to the acquisition, SAM has significantly upgraded the technology utilized in the acquired offices, specifically deploying new field vehicles, IT and office equipment. While acquisitions, change and business transitions can be trying, our company continues to grow stronger because of them. For all employees that move on from SAM, we wish them the best and hope they find the career opportunity that best suits them.

Pros

They always did thoughtful things to show you their appreciation. Very polite and respectful people. Every Weds they gave us breakfast tacos from Taco Deli, which I still miss! They also hosted catered lunched and small events to build camaraderie.

Cons

To be fair I don't have any at the moment, except that the second floor seemed rather empty and under staffed. That is my only con.

SAM is a progressive, rapidly growing, exciting company. It has a small family feel, yet is expanding nationally. Work/Life balance is important to them. Their employees are important to them. The leadership is hardcore & talented. They lead by example. SAM has fun events often and folks really seem to enjoy each other. Work Hard. Play Hard.

Cons

One person’s cons may be another person’s pros. If you work hard at SAM, it is noticed, appreciated and recognized. There is a lot of talent at SAM.
