      Location, Nice working environment, Good people, Somewhat competitive compensation

      Cons

      Continue to hire/promote management's buddies while laying off skilled employees. Classic good ole boys club. Opportunity is rewarded for flattery not performance. Work quality is taking serious dive.

      Pros

      The year spent working for this company was great. I learned how to suffer and suffer well. Because if your going to suffer you might as well do it well. Offers great learning experience while at the same time making you suffer. As I was told, you can't leave this company until you have suffered enough.

      Cons

      They only let me suffer for about a year. Had to learn from other coworkers that I was severely disliked within the company and in my department. That wasn't cool thing to do.
