      Management takes time to learn your strength and weaknesses and applies them to company. Strong culture. Executive leadership is innovative and inspiring. High growth company, ample opportunity.

      Cons

      This company thrives on growth. If you are are a stagnant performer or don't fit in with company culture you may not have an enjoyable experience.

      Pros

      Concur is a very dynamic and responsive company. Both t the employees and customers. They are the market leader in travel booking and expense report management. They have an excellent reputation in their market space. They provide ample/competent and on-going training. There is great opportunity for promotion and growth. I believe this is the most well run company I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      Market Development Rep is a sales job. You have high quota that are attainable, but not easy. If you work hard, you will make the goal and be rewarded. Also, the goal is all or nothing. If you miss quota by a few thousand dollars....you miss it.

      Pros

      Solid incentive structure but astronomically raising quotas and questionable leadership decisions and promotions are making top reps leave, 2 have so far in 2024 and plenty more are considering it as well…but it’s a resume builder and there’s an opportunity to make money if you work hard

      Cons

      Low base salary especially for seniors and certain premier AE’s. They get creative in different ways to pay you less. One premier team makes less base salary than the other, stupid decision that hurt morale and cause unnecessary friction in the org. Clueless, unqualified leadership. Some of the worst directors imaginable keeping their job year after year without meeting goals. Even getting promoted without exceeding goals. Promotions are tough for AEs and SDRs, No upward mobility - Very very tough to get promoted whether SDR to AE, AE to manager, etc. and highly competitive once a req opens. Raising quotas, cheaper better solutions taking market share. Job security is not here if that’s what you’re looking for. One person hit club and got laid off 6 months later for not meeting their monthly goals
