      Pros

      A rapidly growing company with many opportunities for growth and learning. Many talented people who enjoy working in teams and want to keep the company moving forward.

      Cons

      The rapid growth means there is a constant state of changes. Priorities are changing all the time and there is a lot of movement from project to project.

      Pros

      It is a great company to work for. The company size is medium but has very promising future. Leadership is very charismatic and energetic.

      Cons

      No free parking. It is fine if you take bus since the office is super close to transit center. Otherwise it is a little expensive.

      Pros

      1) Flexibility to take on new challenging assignments and freedom to self manage. 2) Fast growth both organically and through acquisitions which brings new and interesting work and projects. 3) Management seems to value employees and being transparent.

      Cons

      1) Pay and benefits seem not to align with goals. Often express that they want top talent, but when benefits cost went up HR claimed that it was market average, which doesn't make sense if you're trying to acquire top talent. 2) No real focus on career development
