The growth in recent years, while great for business, is getting palpable. You can feel the growing pains, as we struggle to identify ourselves as the 800-pound gorilla in our market space. There's a certain sense of loss when you realize that more people work outside of HQ than inside it, and it's tough to feel like a community. However, within our own individual teams there is excellent communication and support. It would be nice, however, to see what other teams are up to, like we once could by simply peeking over a wall.

Short answer, everything. Major changes needed if were going to survive. If I could give 0 stars for Senior Management, I would. Competition is absolutely destroying Concur, both in the T&E and AP space. We are so behind with technology, yet we are still the most expensive solution in the market. Other companies are turning to AI & offer creative, competitive pricing models - Concur's website cant even catch up, and we continue to strip features off, instead of improving our product. No base raises, bases are extremely low for this industry. Make cuts to comp plan and commission every single year.
