      Pros

      GDSX is a a close-knit community where everyone is respected and nearly everyone is a high performer. Management is attentive and fair and is always looking to grow and learn.

      Cons

      Since it is a small company there is not a lot of room for career growth. You are pretty much stuck at your current position unless someone leaves or gets promoted.

      Pros

      The people at GDSX are smart, friendly, and enjoy their work. The management is hands on with planning without micro-managing, which is great for a small company.

      Cons

      Some roles require being on call during the weekends. Sometimes things can get highly stressful due to service level agreements with big vendors, but it's usually very temporary.

      Great team members who were very smart and put in 110% to there jobs

      Cons

      Management had no care towards there employees. Worked us 12/16hr days with little to no thanks.
