      Pros

      The culture and values are clear and demonstrated by leaders at the company. Employees are asked to innovate and take risks to try something new - that is how the company continuously stays current and relevant.

      Cons

      Some people just don't fit into the culture here, namely those who are about being competitive internally, or people who aren't aligned with the values. It's not for everyone.
