Pros

Everything here seems to differ from every company at Brazil. Rules and shift are flexible, and you can have the best work-life balance. It seems like there are IT companies, and there is SAP.

Cons

Processes aren't aligned very well. Too much 'exceptions'. They rarely listen to who will be directly affected before implementing a new project/process, they just implement it right away and you need to take care of it.

So far, I haven't seen any cons in the company. A few hiccups on my LOB, but not is SAP as company
