Pros

At the lower level there are some decent people Usually pay you more than other places (to deal with their bs) Only one good guy at the top and he is a field guy

Cons

Just about everything else, the culture is toxic They are playing damage control due to not being able to hire anyone Unless you suck up and bow to senior management you will not move up The senior management have become fossils and have some much dirt on them they probably can't go anywhere else Unspoken Sasco hour, culture is trash Senior management will take your ideas as their own to show off to Larry
