Pros

People are great. The company is like a big family with both good and bad.

Cons

There is little desire to change. You must do it the same way it has always been done. The company view of women is very poor with little chance of advancement.

Pros

None anymore, it use to be a decent place to work until the owner started to try to run the company again.

Cons

The owner will not let you do your job. Very high turnover rate, due to poor leadership. No one can do the job you where hired to do, the owner won't let you. He tries to make decision, that he has no clue on what he is talking about.
