      Pros

      As long as you're cool with the charge nurse you get to do whatever. Disappear for hrs. Chill instead of work. Good stuff. If you don't want to progress in life.only real good thing is you could show up if you wanted and work. No management smh

      Cons

      To sum it up, sbh is unorganized and ghetto. Ratchet staff. The OG staff run everything no respect for charge nurse. No order. Cnas go on break and disappear. They put all workload on new people.

      Pros

      Was lucky to work with good nurses and good supervisors but other shifts that my friends worked with was awful. Some charge nurses acts with no compassion to patients.

      Cons

      Too political. If you have no connections or the management does not like you, you will be treated differently.

      The benefits are pretty decent

      Cons

      I worked at the company for more than 3 years then they just let me go due to a joint venture. Was told by Human resources they would help me get a position in another department but that was not true. I have called as well as emailed and have yet to get a response from.anyone.
