      Pros

      Great benefits, 1199, pay excellent, some staff are willing to go above and beyond. great place to obtain job training if you get a person that cares.

      Cons

      ghetto, lack of supervisory experience, no professionalism, some employees are lazy, some have attitudes, no support from supervisors. You must in the "in group" to be supported. Some nursing managers have no sense of cultural competency

      Pros

      Had the opportunity to work in the Physician's Referral Office and at the Emergency Dept. Registra. My work was and duties were limited due to HIPAA regulations, but I still managed to file referrals as well as make calls to patients. The time in the ER was the most rewarding, but limited as well. I enjoyed the interaction with the incoming patients (interviewing and verifying bio/demographical and insurance information) and diversity of the staff.

      Cons

      Due to HIPAA regulations, the administrative work permitted is Very Limited.
