      Pros

      Fast paced: making sure the line is never down, constantly adjusting the line and wheel based on other commodities not making it/being delivered due to drivers or other outside forces - fulfilling: you see your hard work pay off and come to fruition

      Cons

      - lifers make it hard for new comers to learn. Constantly negative towards any cause of the line going down - lots of turn around. Big in Wisconsin’s but they expect Chicago people to be devoted the same way. - salary could be better
