Regarding frequency of meetings, while we don't know your specific experience, it is true that we make decisions with careful consideration for the environment and the families who use our products. Sometimes this means it may not feel as though we're moving fast enough as we collaborate cross-functionally to ensure we're meeting customers’ needs and delivering the appropriate strategies, programs and solutions for our business.
