Pros

SCJ has Teamwork Work Environment and is Family Oriented. It really is a family company run my families for families. Everyone is genuinely really nice.

Cons

I know some people who have been working there for years, and their coworkers either don't know who they are or never speak to them. It's not like they work in separate buildings. They are on the same floor.

Great friendly people and management. Nice new offices with big kitchen and fruits. Outdoor area. Great products and culture.

Cons

IT is outsourced and it can be frustrating if you have a technical problem
