Pros

Loved the flex-time. My work life balance was great when working here. Beautiful architecture and building. Great People.

Cons

The pay was terrible. The job was boring. I didn't feel empowered. They did not promote from within the CRC which was troublesome to me.

Pros

Great company to work for, with healthy values and an excellent working environment. The company offers trainings, courses, bonuses. It's a very good opportunity for everyone to grow both professionally and personally.

Cons

The only negative thing I can think of is that on certain positions the salaries can be low to average.

This company has reorganized to make it more oriented around performance and less on old-school relationships. This should make it more agile and able to respond to customer and business drivers.

Cons

It is not really a con, but the reorganization required changes to long-standing business processes and this takes some time to optimize.
