      Salaries Way ahead from the market. Poor Management There are managers in place who lack the necessary skills to effectively manage teams. Many of them do not possess the essential soft skills required for leadership and teamwork. Individuals in management positions are sometimes overseeing multiple team members without adequate preparation or ability. Toxic Work Culture The organizational culture is severely lacking in care and support for employees. There are no meaningful initiatives aimed at helping employees grow or develop as individuals. Honesty and transparency are absent; deceit is common, and people often speak negatively about others behind their backs.
