      Pros

      Strong brands, strong branding, top performers, great managers. A place to build a career if you want it and the company is so supportive of everyone

      Cons

      Getting used to change after a global restructure but every company does this and have the same problems, it's not new

      - Some functional divisions are more complacent/slow than others - Some IT systems are quite cumbersome - Low turnover and numerous career blockers
